Our team of experienced engineers and technicians provide support on all our machines, regardless of age. Stürtz provides retrofit services to bring an older machine back into accepted tolerance levels or to retool an existing machine for new product offerings. We offer complete engineering design services, part manufacturing, software upgrades, machine rebuilds and major tooling conversions in-house at our Twinsburg, OH facility.
Stürtz offers on-site maintenance, equipment audits and annual service contracts to make sure your equipment remains in excellent running condition throughout its life.
When it is time for new equipment in your plant, or when new operators and maintenance personnel are brought on staff, getting your own workforce up to speed on operation and maintenance of your equipment is critical. Stürtz offers the finest training services in the industry. Our state-of-the-art training facility in Twinsburg, OH allows for hands-on and classroom training for advanced maintenance concepts.
Our in-house software support team provides real time support for all of our machines.
All Stürtz equipment controlled by a PC is set up for connection to our customers’ internal networks. This provides us the ability to perform remote diagnostics, troubleshooting and provide software upgrades without waiting for a service call, by the engineers who write the software. The remote connection is controlled by the customer. Once enabled, our software support team can log in, observe, update and even operate the machine from our location to quickly diagnose and correct machine faults.

Stürtz Machinery’s parts and service hotline is available from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM eastern time Monday through Friday. Our expert technicians are on hand to answer questions and provide advice to keep your equipment running. After hours’ support is available via cell phone. Parts can usually be shipped out the same day if ordered by 4:00 PM easterm time. Orders placed after this can be shipped the next day in most cases
