NEW PVC BAR PROCESSING AND CUTTING CENTRE STÜRTZSOLUTION FLEXCENTER-260-PP
The new PVC bar processing and cutting centre StürtzSolution FlexCenter-260-PP is presented on the market This highly dynamic design was developed for systems operating in “ParallelProcessing” and conceptualised especially for the Eastern European market in mind. In the smallest of spaces, parallel working operations are carried out upstream in the PVC profile during the optimised cutting process. This increases the output considerably.
FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS IN THE SEGMENT OF HIGH PERFORMANCE ROD PROCESSING
The holistic production solution from our company was successfully handed over to our customers multiple times with different capacity sizes. Further developments in the segment of high performance rod processing had priority.

A two-head plastering machine, based on the MotionControl control technology, with integrated special processing functions (pivot post and scissor stay hinge drilling, mullion machining, frame tip milling, complex radius machining).

for 100% PVC processing FlexCenter-300-R using a highly efficient ring machining module.
PRESENTATION OF MANY INNOVATIONS

FURTHER DEVELOPMENT & EXPANSION
Further development of the bar processing centres and expansion of the product range to include blank cutting centres or cutting centres with upstream PVC processing facilities.
